- Brian J. Prain is an aggressive, hardworking, no-holds-barred Michigan criminal defense lawyer who spends every day fighting for everyday people who have been accused of wrongdoing.
- Born and raised in southeast Michigan, Brian learned how to fend for himself and make his mark amongst his peers. His past martial arts and athletic experiences fuel his vigorous style of advocacy in the courtroom, while his vast artistic pursuits, on the other hand, fuel his tireless hours of humble contemplation preparing for each battle.
- After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science – Prelaw from Michigan State University, Brian attended Michigan State University College of Law. While studying law, Brian supplemented his education with many extracurricular learning activities, including defending those facing Michigan felony charges with the Washtenaw County Office of Public Defender.
- After Brian graduated from Law School and passing the Michigan Bar Exam on his first try with exceptionally high marks, The Law Office of Brian J. Prain, PLLC was born instantly. Brian walked out of the classroom and into the courtroom, learning everything he knows from the ground-up.
- Brian is licensed to practice law in all trial level and appellate Courts in Michigan, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Brian absolutely loves the practice of law as a criminal defense attorney and believes that it is his true purpose in life. He dedicates his life to his work and the people he stands up for.
