hokry G. Abdelsayed, Esq. is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. He received his Juris Doctor(J.D.) degree from Vermont Law School, and Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Arts (MA) in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, New York.

Mr. Abdelsayed, Esq. is a general practitioner, specializing in Criminal Defense, Municipal Court, all Family Law related issues, including Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Maintenance matters, Landlord-Tenant law, Contract, Personal Injury and Real Estate Law. Additionally, he practices before the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Abdelsayed clerked for the Honorable Paul M. DePascale, J.S.C, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, Criminal Division. In 2006, Mr. Abdelsayed clerked for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. Before co-founding the firm, Mr. Abdelsayed worked in private practice at a mid-sized law firm where he handled civil and criminal cases on a statewide basis.

Mr. Abdelsayed’s diverse experience made him thoroughly familiar with the New Jersey’s Court system. His extensive courtroom experience enables him to advocate for his clients’ rights zealously and diligently.
