Brock T. Dubin is engaged exclusively in the trial of civil cases. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1994 and was awarded his J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1997. Attorney Dubin graduated Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University where he served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review and received the distinguished achievement award for his accomplishments in Trial Practice and Advanced Civil Procedure. He joined Donahue, Durham & Noonan, P.C. in 2001.

Attorney Dubin has extensive experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. He has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has tried several cases in state courts and before administrative agencies such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. He has also argued appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court. His principal areas of practice are professional liability, including medical and legal malpractice, employment litigation, trucking litigation, products liability, commercial litigation and personal injury. Attorney Dubin is also active as a mediator and arbitrator in private dispute resolutions.

Attorney Dubin is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Professional Liability Defense Federation. He is admitted to the state and federal courts in Connecticut, New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney Dubin has been selected for inclusion in Connecticut Super Lawyers each year from 2008 to the present. Attorney Dubin is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, an invitation only professional organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from across the Country who exemplify superior qualifications as trial lawyers. Attorney Dubin has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Litigators in the State of Connecticut by the American Society of Legal Advocates, an invitation only organization comprised of less than 1.5% of the Nation’s most skilled lawyers. Attorney Dubin is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, an organization dedicated to promoting the highest standards of legal excellence. Attorneys are invited for membership in the National Association of Distinguished Counsel only after being thoroughly vetted by a research team, selected by a blue ribbon panel of attorneys with podium status from independently neutral organizations, and approved by a judicial review board as exhibiting virtue in the practice of law. Less than 1% of practicing attorneys in the United States are afforded the opportunity to be named “Nation’s Top Attorneys.” He has been named as one of the State’s Top Ten Attorneys by the The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Inc. He has also been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation only trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Attorey Dubin has been given the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating of “AV”.

Attorney Dubin is active in St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation Swim Across the Sound program which raises money for cancer patients and their families. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Hopkins School Alumni Association in New Haven and Harbor Health Services in Branford. Attorney Dubin frequently presents continuing legal education seminars and is also on the faculty of Quinnipiac University where he teaches trial practice. He grew up in Guilford and is a lifelong resident of the Connecticut shoreline.
